Manual operation
To open or close the vehicle windows, press or
pull up and hold the corresponding switch until
the vehicle window reaches the required
position.
⚠ Warning
Before closing the vehicle window, make sure
no passenger has any part of their body
outside the window before closing it, or this
could result in a very serious injury.
One touch up/down
Pressing the window switch past the point of
greatest resistance and then releasing it lowers
the window all the way. If you want it to stop
half-way, all you need do is pull up the switch.
Pulling the window switch past the point of
greatest resistance and then releasing it raises
the window all the way. Press down on the switch
if you want to stop it half-way.
⚠ Caution
The windows and window frames may freeze in
low temperatures preventing normal raising or
lowering of the windows. Do not try to force
them to move by trying to raise and lower them
repeatedly, because this could damage the
window motor. Normal operation will resume
when the temperature in the vehicle rises and
the windows unfreeze.
Vehicle window locking
After pressing the window lock switch, the
window switches on the rear doors cannot be
used to operate the windows.
Press the vehicle window lock switch again to
allow the rear door switches to work again.
⚠ Warning
If there are children in the vehicle, we recommend
that they should be seated on the rear seats as
this is safer, and the window lock function should
be enabled.
Passenger's side window switches
The armrest of each of the passenger doors has
a window switch. By operating the switch, the
corresponding window can be opened or closed.
