Press the sunshade button downward and
then release it, and the sunshade will close
automatically.
To make the sunshade stop in the midway,
press the button again.
Warning
When closing the sunshade, ensure that
nobody’s hands, head or neck get trapped,
as this could result in serious injury.
Do not allow children to operate the sunshade.
Caution
Do not exert force on the sunroof sunshade, as
this could cause it to fall out or damage it.
If the vehicle is parked for a long time, it is
recommended that the sunroof sunshade
should be kept closed to prevent damage to
the interior trim from high temperatures in the
vehicle due to prolonged exposure to the sun.
Linked function
When the sunshade is in the closed position, as
the sunroof opens, the system will automatically
adjust the extent to which the sunshade opens
to the same extent as that of the sunroof.
Anti-pinch function
If the sunroof or sunshade encounters an obstruction
during the course of automatic closing, the sunroof
or sunshade may stop and reverse for a distance.
Warning
You should not attempt to test the anti-pinch
function using any part of your body.
If something gets trapped at the moment the
sunroof and sunshade close completely, the
anti-pinch function will be ineffective.
Delay function
The power switch and the sunshade can still be
operated for a few seconds after switching the
sunroof power switch from the ON mode to the
LOCK mode.
Easy closing
When the power supply is in LOCK mode and all
the doors and the tailgate are closed, press and
hold the lock button on the key or the lock
sensor on the door handle, and the sunroof will
close automatically.
Automatic sunroof closing
When the power switch is in the LOCK mode
if the optical rain sensor detects rain or
snow, the sunroof will automatically close.
Notice
If the rain is very light, the sunroof may not
automatically close, and you must check to see
if the sunroof is completely closed before
leaving the vehicle.
While the vehicle is being driven, the sunroof
will close automatically when the vehicle
speed exceeds 120 km/h.
Initialization
When an error occurs in the system, it can be
reset in the following manner:
1. Close the sunroof and sunshade completely,
then press and hold the sunroof button down
until the sunroof and sunshade both jitter
and then release the button.
2. Within 5 seconds, press and hold the sunroof
button down again until the sunroof and the
sunshade have opened and then fully closed
again. Initialization is complete.
