Air conditioning controller
Cooling/heating
After starting the vehicle:
1. Select AUTO mode and the corresponding
light will illuminate. At this time, the
compressor will be automatically switched
on or off depending on temperature and
environmental factors.
2. Set the temperature as desired and the
A/C system will automatically adjust the
ventilation mode and fan speed to reach the
set temperature.
3. Selecting air recirculation mode can speed
up cooling or heating, which will helps
improve economy as well as comfort within
the vehicle.
Front defroster/front defogger
After starting the vehicle:
1. Select the front defroster mode and the
corresponding light will illuminate.
2. You may adjust the fan speed, temperature,
switch the A/C on or off and switch between
air recirculation/ fresh air mode as needed.
Notice
If the air in the vehicle is humid or the vehicle
mists up, we recommend that you switch to
external circulation mode.
⚠ Caution
Regularly check the radiator and A/C
condenser. Use a low-pressure washer or
soft brush to remove leaves, insects and
dust that have accumulated on the front
surface. Otherwise, these objects may
obstruct the airflow, reducing the cooling
effect.
Regular use of the A/C will keep the
compressor and seals well lubricated and
prevent leakage. Therefore, even in cold
seasons when air-conditioning is not
required, the air-conditioning needs to be
turned on at least once a week for at least
10 minutes each time.
If the A/C cooling effect weakens, go to an
authorized service center for service.
Direct release of refrigerant into the atmosphere
is environmentally harmful, and refrigerant
should be recovered in suitable containers
by trained and qualified technicians.
Notice
About the air conditioning smell
Sources of odors
A/C requires exchange of internal and
external air. After lengthy use it can easily
gather dirt, and mildew can develop after
long periods, resulting in bad odors
After extended periods, the A/C filter can
absorb water, and dust, resulting in odors.
Recommended measures
When the outside air is fresh, use external
circulation mode to ensure the vehicle
interior remains ventilated.
We recommend that you first switch off the
air-conditioning compressor (A/C), then
keep the fan running for 3-5 minutes then
switch off the air-conditioning system, so as
to dry the air conditioning system and
prevent the growth of mound.
If you detect a strong odors, we recommend
that you go to an authorized service center
for service and, if necessary, cleaning or
replacement of the A/C filters.
