Hayward HC Series User Manual

Remove the 16 perimeter screws from the burner
assembly. Lift up on the burner to remove
(clean if necessary).
Remove burner assembly

Remove heat exchanger
Step 24
Remove the 6 screws at bottom of combustion
chamber. Remove 2, 7/16”nuts on each side of
chamber (right pics). Remove combustion Chamber.

Change/Replace Combustion Chamber (cont.)
