This document describes the Heallux EORI Double Ceramic Core Heating Device, a local space heater designed for domestic use.
Function Description
The Heallux EORI is a double ceramic core heating device that provides efficient and controlled heating for residential spaces. It features a double ceramic core, which allows for effective heat accumulation and distribution. The device is designed to be wall-mounted and offers various control options for temperature and programming.

The EORI series comes in three models with different power outputs:
- EPC07-10RF: 1000W
- EPC07-15RF: 1500W
- EPC07-20RF: 2000W
All models operate on a 230V ~ 50Hz power supply.

The device is designed for installation in Volume 2 or out of volume in bathrooms, according to national wiring rules (France NF C 15-100). The minimum distance from the floor is 0.60m.
Usage Features
The EORI heater offers a comprehensive control panel with several buttons for easy operation:
- Power on/standby button (⏻): Turns the device on or off.
- Temperature increase button (+): Increases the desired temperature.
- Temperature decrease button (-): Decreases the desired temperature.
- Mode or program selection button (M): Allows selection between different operating modes and programs.
- Setting/OK button (⏻): Confirms selections and settings.
- Open-window on/off button (⏻): Activates or deactivates the open window detection feature.
Quick Start:
To turn on the screen, press the power button. The device will work under COMFORT mode. Press (+) or (-) to set the desired temperature.
Clock Setting:
For first use or after a power cut, the clock will require setting. The device will blink to indicate that the clock needs to be set.
- Press (+) or (-) to set the minute, then press (⏻) to confirm.
- Press (+) or (-) to set the hour, then press (⏻) to confirm.
- Press (+) or (-) to set the day, then press (⏻) to confirm.
- Long press (⏻) for 3 seconds to modify the clock.
Function Selection:
Press (M) to choose the mode or program. The available modes are:
- Comfort mode (⏻): Sets the temperature to 19.0°C.
- Comfort -1 mode (⏻): Sets the temperature to 18.0°C.
- Comfort -2 mode (⏻): Sets the temperature to 17.0°C.
- ECO mode (⏻): Sets the temperature to 15.5°C.
- Anti-frost mode (⏻): Sets the temperature to 7.0°C.
- Stand-by mode (⏻): Turns off the heating.
Program Modification:
The device supports P1, P2, and P3 programs, which can be modified to suit user requirements.
- Press (M) to choose the program, then press (⏻) to get selected, then press (⏻) to modify the program.
- When in P1, press (⏻) once, then press (⏻) to start blinking. Use (M) to choose the mode for each hour and use (+) or (-) to move the blinking hour. Press (⏻) to finish 24-hour mode setting. Press (⏻) to confirm the 24-hour setting and quit the setting status.
- The process is similar for P2 (Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and P3 (Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
Pilot Mode:
In this mode, the heater is controlled by a pilot wire. The client can only change the temperature and open-window on/off settings.
Window Detector Function:
Press (⏻) to turn on/off the window function. When the logo displays on the screen, it means the window function is on. If the temperature drops, the heater will stop working and the window logo (⏻) will blink. Press (⏻) to go back to normal operation; then the window logo will stop blinking.
Screen Lock:
To lock the keyboard, press (+) and (-) together. To unlock, press (+) and (-) together again.
Safety Requirements:
- The appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
- Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
- CAUTION: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
- The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.
- Means for disconnection having a contact separation in all poles must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.
- For correct installation on the wall, refer to 'Installation on wall' part.
- Fixed heaters are to be installed so that switches and other controls cannot be touched by a person in the bath or shower.
- Connect the two conductors and the pilot wire of the supply cord to a connection box in respecting the following polarities: Live: Brown, Neutral: Blue, Pilot wire: Black.
- WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
- This product shall be installed in the volume 2 or hors volume only according to the national wiring rules (For France NF C 15-100).
- The circuit corresponding must be protected by a device with differential residual current (RCD) lower or equal to 30 mA.
Maintenance Features
Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Switch off the power supply before cleaning.
- Using a soft, moist cloth, with or without a mild soap solution, carefully clean the exterior surface of the product.
- CAUTION: Allow the product to completely cool before handling or cleaning it.
- Do not allow water or other liquids to run into the interior of the product, as this could create a fire and/or electrical hazard.
- It is recommended to periodically clean the appliance by lightly running a vacuum cleaner nozzle over the guards to remove any dust or dirt that may have accumulated inside or on the unit.
- CAUTION: Do not use harsh detergents, chemical cleaners or solvents as they may damage the surface finish of the plastic components.
Warranty Terms:
The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase. Keep your cash receipt as proof of purchase. In case of any problems, return the product to your point of sale.
