Function Description:

The AF1200 is a 12-litre digital air fryer that utilizes "turbo air" technology to cook food with minimal oil, circulating superheated air up to 200°C. It functions as a multi-purpose cooking device, capable of grilling, roasting, frying, and baking. The appliance features a fully digitized display with 10 in-built cooking programs, offering a healthier, low-fat, low-calorie, and fast-cooking alternative to traditional methods. These preset programs include options for chips, beef, prawn, bake, chicken pieces, steak, fish, whole chicken, dehydrator, and defrost. Users can also manually set cooking times and temperatures. A unique feature is the rotisserie 360° food rotating option, ideal for achieving crispy results with items like chips or roasted nuts. The air fryer includes a secure, retro glass viewing window that is removable for cleaning, allowing users to monitor cooking progress. It also offers three layers of rack levels for simultaneous cooking of meals and sides.

Usage Features:

The air fryer comes with a comprehensive set of accessories to support various cooking styles:

  • Rotisserie Fork Set: Used for roasts or whole chickens up to 1 kilogram. Installation involves forcing the shaft length-ways through the meat and centering it, then sliding forks onto the shaft from either end and locking them with screws. Cooking string is recommended for tying chicken or roast meat tightly around the stick.
  • Three Mesh Racks: Ideal for dehydrating snacks, cooking crispy snacks, or reheating foods like pizza. They support multi-level cooking and slide along rack shelves for installation and removal.
  • Mesh Tray: Functions as a protection cover to prevent food from contacting the top heating element. It is installed by placing the wire handle face down and sliding it along the top plastic shelf.
  • Drip Tray: Placed at the bottom of the air fryer to collect oil from fried food, ensuring easy clean-ups.
  • Cage Tongs: Used for safely removing hot rotisserie items or the rolling cage from the air fryer.

The control panel features a digital display showing time and temperature.

  • Power/Start-Stop Button: Turns the screen on (hold for 3 seconds), activates cooking at default settings (180°C, 15 minutes) with a second press, or shuts down the air fryer (hold for 2 seconds) during operation.
