It combines the functions of a convection oven, toaster, fermenter, air fryer, and dehydrator, offering a wide range of cooking possibilities with minimal oil.

Function Description:

This appliance utilizes "turbo air" technology and double-layer heating elements (top and bottom) to cook food quickly and efficiently. It circulates superheated air up to 230°C, allowing for toasting, baking, broiling, roasting, defrosting, proofing, air frying, and dehydrating. The 23-litre capacity makes it suitable for preparing meals for an entire family. It features a digitised display with 12 in-built cooking programs: Toast, Bagel, Pizza, Bake, Broil, Cookies, Roast, Reheat, Defrost, Ferment, Airfry, and Dryfruit. Users can also manually set the time up to 60 minutes and temperature between 40°C and 230°C, depending on the chosen program. A 360° rotisserie function is available for cooking items like whole chickens, ensuring even cooking.

Usage Features:

The oven comes with several accessories to support different cooking styles:

  • Rotisserie Fork Set, Rotisserie Handle, and Screws: Used for roasts or whole chickens. The shaft is forced through the meat, and forks are slid from either end and locked with screws. The rotisserie function is active only in BROIL, ROAST, and AIRFRY modes. The total weight of food cooked with the rotisserie stick should not exceed 2.5 kg.
  • Wire Rack, Mesh Tray, and Baking Tray: These can be slid into the oven for multi-level cooking of various foods. The baking tray can also serve as a drip tray to collect oil from fried food.
  • Pan Handle: Used to safely remove hot wire racks, mesh trays, and baking trays.
  • Crumb Tray: Installed at the very bottom of the oven to collect crumbs. It should always be in place during operation.

The control panel includes:

  • TEMP Button: To manually set the temperature. Turning the selector dial clockwise increases temperature, anti-clockwise decreases it.
  • TIMER Button: To manually set the cooking time. Turning the selector dial clockwise increases time, anti-clockwise decreases it.
  • PAUSE/START/STOP Button: Press once to pause cooking (time blinks), press again to resume. Hold for 5 seconds to stop the cooking process.
  • LIGHT Button: To turn the internal light on or off.

Preset Options:

The appliance offers 12 preset cooking options. To use them:

  1. Choose the appropriate accessory for the food.
  2. Place ingredients and the chosen accessory into the unit and close the door.
  3. Plug the power cord into a 220-240V dedicated outlet. The screen will turn on.
  4. Use the Selector dial to scroll through the preset options.
  5. When the desired option is flashing, press the Selector dial to confirm and start cooking.
  6. An audible alarm sounds when the timer reaches 0:00, and the fan continues running for cooling.

Cooking Guide Examples:

  • Thin frozen fries: 15-16 mins at 200°C
  • Homemade fries: 12-18 mins at 200°C (add ½ tbsp. oil)
  • Chicken drumsticks: 18-22 mins at 180°C
  • Cake: 20-25 mins at 160°C (use baking tin)

Safety Precautions:

  • Do not place the air fryer directly on a benchtop or against walls/splashbacks made of heat-sensitive materials (Acrylics, timber, stone). Use on heat-proof material and ensure a minimum 20cm distance from walls and other heat-sensitive materials.
  • Hot air up to 160°C expels through the rear vent.
  • Do not immerse the cord, plug, or appliance in water or any other liquid.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces; use oven mitts.
  • Do not cover the appliance while in use.
  • Do not use with an extension cord or power board. Plug into a dedicated power point.
  • Close supervision is necessary when used near children.
  • The appliance may emit slight odour or smoke during first use due to protective oil; this is normal and will dissipate. If black smoke emits, unplug immediately.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning: Unplug and allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning.
    • Wash accessories (wire rack, mesh tray, baking tray, crumb tray, rotisserie stick, forks, screws, rotisserie handle, pan handle) in warm soapy water. These parts are also dishwasher safe.
    • Clean the inside with hot water, mild dish detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge.
    • After cooking greasy foods, clean the top interior once cooled to maintain performance.
    • Remove and clean the crumb tray regularly. For baked-on grease, soak in hot, sudsy water or use non-abrasive cleaners. Never operate without the crumb tray.
    • Wipe the outer housing with a soft damp cloth; do not use detergents or cleaners.
    • Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or housing body in water.
  • Storing: Allow the oven to cool completely. Store in an upright position in a dry location. Do not place heavy items on top to avoid damage.

Overheating Protection:

If the internal temperature control system fails, the overheating protection system activates, and the appliance stops functioning. Unplug the power cord and allow it to cool completely before restarting or storing.

Automatic Shut-Off:

The appliance has a built-in shut-off device that activates when the timer LED reaches zero. The fan continues running for about 60 seconds to cool down the unit. The appliance can also be manually switched off by selecting the Power Button.
