  The 'No Pellets' error on your HearthStone Pellet stove could be due to several reasons. First, check if the pellet fuel level is too low and refill the hopper if needed. Inferior or wet pellets can also cause this issue, so clean out the hopper and auger, then refill with premium, dry pellets. An auger jam can also be the cause, requiring you to clean the auger. Lastly, ensure the hopper door is closed properly.

  If your HearthStone Pellet stove shows 'STb Initiated', this could be due to a few reasons. Check if the C-Fan (convection fan) setting is above +5 and reset the program if it is. Another potential cause is a malfunctioning convection fan, which would require servicing. A clogged convection fan or a blocked top grill could also trigger this error. Clean the convection fan if it's clogged, and remove any blockages from the top of the stove, checking for lint or hair on the screen.
