For service or repairs to the water heater, call your heang contractor. Your water heater has been manufactured
to provide years of service. In order to insure proper service, the following informaon is provided to assist
in enabling the installaon, operaon, and maintenance of this water heater. For your comfort, safety, and
convenience, we recommend that this water heater be installed and serviced by a plumbing professional. When
the installaon is completed, keep this manual with the water heater. Informaon and specicaons outlined

    How to fix no hot water in my Heat-Flo HF-30?

      If you have no hot water at the faucets with your Heat-Flo Water Heater, several factors could be the cause. The boiler or circulator might not be operating, or the thermostat setting could be incorrect. A zone valve may not be opening, or there could be an electrical issue, sediment/scale buildup, or a clogged filter. Try pressing the reset button, checking the main cut-off switch, fuses/breakers, and power supply. Also, verify the shaft coupling and thermostat setting. If the boiler, circulator, and thermostat are working, but the boiler cycles on the high limit before the tank thermostat is satisfied, the coil may need chemical cleaning. Finally, inspect and clean or replace the filter.

    What to do if my Heat-Flo Water Heater runs out of hot water?

      If your Heat-Flo Water Heater runs out of hot water quickly, the thermostat setting might be too low, or the boiler could be undersized without priority for domestic water heating. The peak hot water draw might exceed the tank's storage capacity, or there could be sediment/scale buildup, or a faulty thermostat. Try turning the thermostat to a higher setting or rewiring for priority. Compare peak usage to the tank volume. Clean the coil or replace the thermostat.

    Why is the water from my Heat-Flo HF-30 too hot?

      If the water from your Heat-Flo Water Heater is too hot, the thermostat may be set too high, or there could be improper system plumbing or wiring. Try lowering the thermostat setting. Compare the plumbing and wiring to the installation guide and inspect the check valves.
