How to troubleshoot no power to Heat Surge Original Roll-n-Glow?
- CCarol PerezAug 15, 2025
To troubleshoot a Heat Surge Indoor Fireplace with no power, first, ensure the fireplace is properly plugged into a working outlet that is not controlled by a wall switch. Then, verify that the power button is turned on and that the unit is not tilted. If the fireplace turned off by itself, unplug it for 10 minutes before retrying. Finally, check your house breaker to ensure it's on.
