Heat or light from the lamps may be turning the light control on and off, so try aiming the lamps away from the sensor and turning Range Boost off. Reflected heat from other objects might also be triggering the sensor; in that case, re-aim the sensor and turn Range Boost off. The control may also be warming up, in which case the flashing is normal, and you should wait one minute for the sensor to warm up. Finally, ensure the control is not in Test mode and set the control switch to an ON-TIME position.
