Why HeatSeal 200ES Film Cut-off Rod does not work?

If the Film Cut-off Rod on your HeatSeal Stretch Wrapping Systems isn't working, first ensure the unit is plugged into a 15 Amp circuit and the power switch is in the “ON” position. Next, check the 1 Amp circuit breaker; if it's tripped, reset it, and then inspect the wiring and connections to ensure there are no shorts to ground.
