Components
Airbag vest:
» Vest integrating the In&motion airbag system
In&box:
» Airbag system detection and triggering device
containing sensors and the battery (refer to the
In&box user manual provided with the In&box).
» The In&box is an electronic device placed
in the shell. It is provided with an USB cable
and its own user manual. Each In&box has a
unique identier linked to an user account.
Before using your In&box, please carefully read
the detailed instructions in the In&motion
specic user manual dedicated to the use of
the In&box.
Inator: gas generator
» The inator is a gas generator. USE ONLY WITH
THE In&motion AIRBAG SYTEM.
» [Warning]: Handle with care. This generator is
lled with highly pressurized gas. Store at a
temperature below  °C ( °F).
» Do not repair, do not pierce, do not rell, do not
disassemble, do not use with any other elec-
tronic equipment, users must be  and over to
handle the inator. If the inator shows signs
of damage, please send it to In&motion for
recycling. The inator’s expiry date is indicated
on the label. Do not discard a full inator (that
has never been triggered).
Back protector:
» eVest and eVest Clip-in contain an IMP Moto
 back protector (you will nd its user manual
on page  . of this manual).
An optional
replacement protector by DO which has been
specically designed as back protector for eVest
and eVest Clip-in can be acquired separately
refer to the manual provided with the DO back
protector). These back protectors have been
designed specically for two-wheeled motor
vehicle users and must be used exclusively in
association with the In&motion airbag system.
If the INFLATOR LED (light
indicator) is red,
the inator is empty
or not connected
Checking the inator’s
status:
» Screw the inator
into the In&motion
airbag system
» Plug the connector
into the inator
» Insert the running
In&box into its
housing
In&box
Backprotector
Inator:
gas generator
If the INFLATOR LED (light
indicator) is green,
the inator is full.
