e) Alarming when the battery capacity reaching the lower limit
The battery electric quantity reaches the lower limit, the last two bars of the
electric quantity meter flicker alternately. And at the same time, the indicator “ normal
working of the battery electric quantity “ turns off. The protection relay of the return
circuit of the power supply works. The protection relay acts in two likely:
① Cut off the return circuit of the power supply of the lifting contactor when the
lifting motor is not active;
② If the lifting motor is taking action, the relay cuts off the return circuit of the
power supply of the lifting contactor 10 seconds later (for finishing one lifting action).
f) Driving state display
The indicator “turning left” on the meter lights up when turning on the left steering
light; the indicator “ turning right” lights on when turning on the right steering light;
the “width light” indicator lights on when turning on the width light.; the “head lamp”
indicator lights up when the head lamp is turn on.
g) Display of the fault code of the electric controller
If the truck has fault during travelling or alternate usage, the indicator flickers for
a certain times periodically to give the serviceman fault information. Refer to the fault
code for detail.
