6. Usage notice
a) Turn on the key switch and the 24V electric power supply power to the meter. And at
the same time, the 48V electric power supply the meter and return circuit of the
electric control through the start relay in the relay box. “Instrument start" indicator
light is on. The LCD of time counter first displays “88888.8”, then counts the running
time (unit 0.1h). The trouble code displays “88”, it means towing control equipment OK.
b) The display of the hand brake
The braking indicator lights up when pulling up the hand brake. On the other side,
the indicator is off.
c) Travelling direction display
when the direction switch is on the neutral gear, the “neutral gear” indicator
lights up; the forward indicator is on when on the forward gear; the backward indicator
is on when on the backward gear and the back buzzer sounds. No matter travelling
backward or forward, the “neutral gear” indicator should be off.
d) Battery capacity display
The battery quantity meter shows the current battery quantity lever when the meter is
started. Ten bars on the meter means ten levers. The voltage range of the battery is
between 41.5V and 56V. The battery is full when the highest bar is on; the electric
quantity is low when the last bars flickers alternately and it means the battery needs
charging. The battery capacity drops about 8% With each decrease of one bar.
