Test under the state of being ready for use. The displaying of
the fault means that the voltage of the acceleration is higher
than the min. value IV of the memory. The possible reasons are:
1) The leading wire of the acceleration is disconnected or the
negative pole of the acceleration is unconnected to the hole
C2 of the logical plate. The fault displays because the
logical card can not find out the signal on the hole C2.2) The
value of the acceleration is incorrect. 3) The acceleration
has fault (break circuit) .

Test under the condition of being ready for use. Check if the
current is zero. If not, the fault displays and the truck
stops working. Possible causes: current sensor is damaged;
logical card is damaged. Change the logical plate first. If
the fault still exists, change the power part.

Test when being in motion. Check if the current in motion is
higher than the min. current value. If it is lower than the
min. value, the fault displays and the truck stops working.
The possible causes: 1) current sensor has fault and the power
part needs changing. 2) The connection between the motor and
the +SH and the SH is incorrect.

Test under the state of being ready for use. Check if the
driving voltage controlling the contactor is correspond with
the preset value. The possible causes: logical card is damaged.
2) The driver is damaged because of the over voltage loaded by
the contactor. Change the logical card after solve the problem.
