Test when being in motion and ready for use, which is logical self
diagnosis, change the logical card if there is fault.

Incorrect start order. The machine can be started only in the
following order: key, hand brake, working. Causes of the fault: 1)
the inching switch in motion or hand brake switch sticks ;2) The
operation order is incorrect; 3) Change the logical card if the
outer circuit is correct.

Test under the condition of all connected, if the VMN is higher
than 1/3V BATT, operating the truck. Is strictly prohibited. Change
the logical card because of the danger caused by the circuit fault.

If the VWN voltage is lower than 1/3 of the battery voltage tested
from being ready for use and starting until the PWM is 80%, the
fault displays. The possible causes are: 1) Disconnect the cables
between the battery and motor and open the electric lock. If the
fault exists, the largest possibility is the fault of the
controller’s internal part and change the logical part. If the
fault disappears, the travelling contactor may sticks. Adjust the
contactor or change it. If the contactor is ok, the connection of
the motor may have fault or the winding between the stator and
rotor forms shot circuit.2) if there is bypassing contactor when
the acceleration pedal is released completely to release the brake,
check if there is sticks or the disconnecting is too slow. Checking
methods: the fault will disappear if the bypassing contactor is
disconnected; if the fault still exists, change the logical plate.
