c. Permitted temperature of roller bearing is 95℃ (surrounding temp. less than 40℃).
d. Inspect the coil insulation resistance regular.
e. Open the shutter regular and inspect the parts temperature. See whether the inner
parts distort or commutator is regular. If irregular, should stop work. And
continue to work after removing the trouble.
f. Often clean the sands on shell to prevent effecting cooling.
g. Inspect the motor every half-year as following:
External inspection. Clear the dust.
Clean or replace the bearing and listen carefully the noise.
Inspect the abrasion of brush and replace it if necessary.
h. Inspection should be done every one year.
