Battery Inspection
Inspect whether the battery shell has crack,
electrode plate is out, electrolyte leaks out.
Open the battery water gate and inspect the
liquid level. Liquid level should be higher than
protection board 15-20mm. If the electrolyte
height is not enough, add distilled water to
gate bottom.
Clear the oxide on electrode plate and paste the
non-acid grease regular, and tighten the
electrode clip.
Measure the electrolyte density with densimeter.
The value should be 1.24-1.28.
Note: If the battery discharge capacity is more
than rated value 80%, the work life will
decrease.
Adjusting the seat
Rotate the pole inwards. Slid the seat
to suitable position for the driver.
Then rotate the pole outwards and let
