Preface
BD series vehicle can improve the working
efficiency. Different consumer can select
corresponding model.
Cab and operation equipment
The cab device conforming to man-machine
engineering science is easy for driver
entering and help to eliminate the fatigue.
All arrangements of operation equipments and
driver’
s seat can bring driver the most
comfort and highest efficiency.
The foot pedal, operation equipment, steering
wheel and all kinds of switches make up an
organic combination to make operation easy
and convenient.
The excellent digital instruments can take
count of the work time, watch the battery
level, alarm too low battery level, and
indicate the trouble code, so that improve
the performance of whole tractor.
Bracket
The whole frame structure ensures the
intensity and rigidity of bracket. Bracket
and front and rear wheel are connected by
steel plate spring to decrease the shock to
driver efficiently, and make the vehicle
steer much more smoothly. The storage battery
is in the middle of two shafts. Its low
position makes the vehicle much firmer.
Driving
QYD2S tractor installs a 3kw direct current
dynamo vertically on the driving shaft. A
two-level gear decelerator transmits the
torque transmitted to the wheel.
Turning
Turning is convenient and agile because there
is the turning wheel with mature technique.
Electrical system
This tractor has the advanced 24v or 48v
speed control system to make the vehicle
reliable and safe.
Brake
This vehicle has three sets of absolute brake
system:
a.The hydraulic drum arrester is fixed on the
rear driving wheel.
b.Parking brake can be mechanically connected
with drum arrester on rear wheel by cable.
c.Regeneration brake: When loosen the
accelerator pedal, vehicle will produce
electrical brake to stop.
Towing mechanism
The vehicle is equipped with many kinds of
traction base for consumer. The consumer can
also order it (need be affirmed by Heli
engineers
).
