What to do if Helion AURA 650 Toy system is not connected?

      drussellAug 2, 2025
If your Helion Toy system isn't connecting, the issue might be due to several reasons. First, the transmitter and receiver could be too close; try separating them by 1 to 3 meters. Metal objects nearby can also interfere with the connection, so move to an area with fewer metal objects. Lastly, ensure the receiver is properly paired with the transmitter by repeating the pairing process.

If your Helion Toy receiver isn't responding, there are a couple of things to check. It could be due to low battery voltage, so try replacing the batteries with new ones. Also, inspect the wires and connections between the batteries and the receiver for any looseness or damage. Repair or replace any faulty wires or connectors.

If your Helion Toy boat veers in one direction, the rudder or rudder trim might not be centered. You should repair or adjust the rudder and rudder trim until the boat runs straight when the rudder stick is in a neutral position.
