Auslösender Thermokontakt deutet hin auf:

Starke Verschmutzung, Schwergängigkeit des

aufrades und/oder der Kugellager.
– Zu hohe Fördermitteltemperatur.

Zu geringe Druckdifferenz (Mindestdruckdifferenz
beachten, Abb. 2).
– Anormale Geräusche können ihre Ursache in aus-

elaufenen Kugellagern haben.
– Vibrationen und Schwingungen können ihre Ur-
s
ache in einem unwuchtigen u. U. mit Schmutz be-
a
ufschlagten Laufrad oder in der Einbausituation
haben.
–
Stark geminderte Leistung kann auftreten, wenn
die sich einstellenden Rohrleitungs- und Bauteile-
w
iderstände (Gitter, Klappen, Filter usw.) höher als
g
eplant liegen.

punkt seiner Herstellung gültigen Vorschriften und
CE-Richtlinien.

OURCES OF MALFUNCTION
Triggering of motor protection can indicate:

Build up of dirt or hard running of impeller/ball bea-
r
ings.
- Too high air flow temperatures.
-
Pressure loss in system is too low (Fig. 2)
- Abnormal noises can mean: wrong direction of ro-
tation or worn out ball bearings.

Vibrations can originate from unbalanced or dirty
impellers or be due to installation.
-
Extreme reductions in performance can occur if re-
s
istance to air stream through ducting and acces-
sories (grilles, shutters, filters etc.) is higher than de-
s
igned.

f the preceeding instructions are observed all
warranty claims and accommadation treatment are
e
xcluded. This also applies to any liability claims
extended to the manufacturer.
CERTIFICATES
If the product is installed correctly and used to its in-
teded purpose, it conforms to all applicable Europe-
an Standards at its date of manufacture.

AUSES DE PANNES
Un déclenchement du contacteur de protection du

oteur indique:

Une surcharge soit au niveau de l´hélice soit au ni-
veau des roulements à billes.

Température du fluide véhiculé trop élevée.
- Différence de pression trop faible (différence de
pression minimale à observer, Fig. 2).

Des bruits anormaux peuvent provenir des roule-
ments à billes perdant leur graisse.
-
Des vibrations et oscillations peuvent être causées
p
ar une hélice mal équilibrée ou présentant un en-
crassement anormal ou encore par une installation
d
u ventilateur non conforme.
- Une baisse sensible des performances peut surve-
n
ir quand la résistance du circuit de l´installation de-
v
ient trop importante (grilles, clapets, filtres, etc.).

En cas de non-respect des indications précédentes,

oute demande de remplacement ou de réparation à
titre gratuit sera déclinée. Il en sera de même pour
toute implication de responsabilité du fabricant.
