Usage Features
The mower offers several features designed for user convenience and effective lawn care:
- Cordless Operation: Powered by a 40V Lithium-ion battery, providing freedom of movement without the restriction of a power cord.
- Adjustable Cutting Height: Five different cutting height settings (1-1/5" to 3") allow users to customize the grass length according to their preference and grass condition. This is adjusted via a spring-loaded cutting-height adjustment lever.
- Foldable Handle: The handle can be folded into three positions: Locked Storage Position, Grass Bag Attachment/Removal Position, and Operating Position. This feature facilitates compact storage and easy transport.

Maintenance Features
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and safe operation of the mower.
- Cleaning the Mower: The underside of the mower deck should be cleaned after each use to remove grass clippings, leaves, dirt, and other debris, which can accumulate and cause rust and corrosion. Always remove the battery pack when servicing or transporting the mower.
- Removing and Installing the Blade: The manual provides detailed instructions for removing and installing the blade, including the necessary tools (16mm wrench, torque wrench, manual screwdriver or metal rod with a diameter of 5/16"). It emphasizes wearing heavy gloves or wrapping the cutting edges with rags or other materials when performing this task.
- Sharpening the Blade: Instructions are provided for sharpening the blade using a vise and a fine tooth file or sharpening stone. The blade should be balanced after sharpening. An unbalanced blade can cause severe injury.
- Lubrication: Periodically lubricate the spring and pivot pin in the quick-adjust lever, the torsion spring, and the pivot of the rear-discharge door with light oil to prevent rust. Lubricate the bearings in both the rear and front wheels.
- Replacing the Wheels: Instructions are provided for replacing the wheels, including removing the dust cover, prying off the dust cover with a flat-edged screwdriver, and installing new wheels.
- Storing the Mower: The mower should be stored in a dry, clean location, away from corrosive materials, fertilizer, or rock salt. It should be stored in a covered, enclosed space, cool, and dry, out of reach of children. Plastic coverings can trap moisture, causing rust and corrosion. The handle assembly can be folded away for compact storage.
- Battery Pack Care: Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. Store battery packs in a cool, dry place, away from other metal objects. Do not store battery packs in areas where they may be present.
