PROBLEM POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Foods are not cooked evenly. Preheat the oven.
Increase cooking temperature or cooking
time.
Check halfway through the process and turn
food if needed.
Cook similar-sized foods together and cook
food in single layer.
White smoke is coming out of the
oven.
The oven may produce some white
smoke when you use it for the first time.
This is normal.
Excess oil or fatty foods may produce
white smoke. Make sure the inside of the
oven is cleaned properly.
Black smoke is coming out of the air
fryer convection oven.
Immediately turn off the oven then unplug
power cord.
Cool the oven to room temperature.
Wait for smoke to clear before opening
the oven door or pulling out the tray,
basket or rack.
WARRANTY
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.
This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one
(1) year from the date of the original purchase. Please retain your original receipt as
a proof of the purchase date. Any complaints must be registered within the warranty
period. The product will be repaired, replaced (parts including blades or entire
appliance) or refunded at our sole discretion. Shipping charges may apply.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any
of the following:
Negligent use or misuse of the product including failure to clean the product regularly,
use for commercial purposes, accident, use on improper voltage or current, use
contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other
than a HERITAGE authorized service agent.
Decisions as to the cause of damage are the responsibility of Heritage.
All decisions will be final.
