TIPS
• Smaller foods usually require a slightly shorter cooking time than larger foods.
• Mixing/stirring smaller foods halfway through the cooking process will optimize
results and result in evenly cooked foods.
• For best results in the shortest amount of time, air fry food in single layers.
• Cold food will take longer to cook than food that has been pre-seared or heated so
adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not slow cook frozen foods.
• When baking, premade dough requires a shorter cooking time than homemade
dough.
• Fresh foods do not contain the same oils and fats as prepared foods. For golden,
crispier foods like french fries, mix homemade french fries in a bowl with oil.
• Cook chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 69°C/155°F and 74°C /165°F
when rested.
CLEANING
WARNING: Ensure the air fryer convection oven is unplugged from the electrical
outlet and allow it to cool down completely before handling or cleaning it.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, as they will damage the finish. Wipe the exterior with a
clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
• Do not apply the cleaning agent directly onto the air fryer convection oven, use a
cloth to clean the air fryer. Do not use excess pressure when cleaning the area of the
control panel as it may remove markings over time.
• Use a damp soapy cloth or sponge to clean the interior walls and bottom of the
oven (remove the removable crumb tray first). Never use harsh abrasives or corrosive
products including oven cleaner sprays. Doing so may damage the surface of the air
fryer oven. Never use steel wool pads on the air fryer convection oven or accessories.
• Oven rack, baking/drip pan, air fryer basket and removable crumb tray should be
hand-washed in hot, sudsy water or use a nylon scouring pad or nylon brush. These
parts are not dishwasher safe.
