Insert the ignition key into the side
cover lock (1). Remove the side cover
(2) by turning the key clockwise. Pull
out lug (3) from the grommet and push
the cover as per direction indicated (4).

Pull out the filter assembly by
separating the mounting clamp (7)
from the inner lug (8). Separate air
cleaner element (9) from the element
holder (10).

Wash the element in non-inflammable
or high flash point solvent (kerosene)
and allow to dry throughly.
