Soak the air cleaner element in clean
gear oil (SAE 80 or 90) and squeeze
out the excess oil.
Install the air cleaner element, on
holder, insert filter assy. into outlet
duct & press gently to fix the mounting
clamp in housing. Ensure cover lug
should take proper seat on the other
side of the mounting clamp.
Never use petrol or low flash point
solvent for cleaning the air cleaner
element. A fire or explosion could
result.

Slide the grommet (2), loosen the lock nut
(3) and turn the adjuster (4).
