Why won't my Heston everdure FORCE burner ignite?

  If the burner on your Heston Grill won't ignite, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure that the cylinder valve is turned on and that the cylinder isn't empty; if it is, replace it with a full one. Also, the igniter might not be sparking. Remove the plate and visually inspect the ignition box for a spark. Check the cables to the ignition point, or from the valve to the chassis, to ensure they haven't broken or disconnected. Also, check the alignment of the sparker. If there's still no spark, contact Everdure by Heston Blumenthal Service. Finally, the injector could be blocked. If so, clean it carefully with a toothbrush. Do not attempt to drill it out or use wire, and do not remove the injector. If the injector remains blocked, contact Everdure by Heston Blumenthal Service.

  If you notice gas leaking from the connections of your Heston Grill, start by tightening any loose connections, but be careful not to overtighten them. After tightening, perform a leak test under pressure using a soapy water solution.   An erratic burner flame on your Heston Grill can stem from a few issues. First, the burner might be blocked. Remove the cooking surface and check the burner for any obstructions, cleaning the ports if necessary. If the flame is burning inside the burner accompanied by a hissing sound, turn off the burner, allow it to cool down completely, and then try to re-ignite it. If the regulator is faulty or the injector is partially blocked, contact Everdure by Heston Blumenthal Service. However, you can try to clean the injector with a toothbrush. Do not drill out or use wire. Do not remove injector.
