The Everdure by Heston Blumenthal FORCE™ and FURNACE™ are outdoor gas barbeques designed for performance and ease of use. These appliances are intended for outdoor use only, in open-air situations with natural ventilation, and should not be used indoors or in enclosed areas.
Function Description:
The FORCE™ is a 2-burner gas barbeque, while the FURNACE™ is a 3-burner gas barbeque. Both models are designed for grilling and roasting, offering a versatile cooking experience. The barbeques feature a rotary ignition system built into the gas valves, allowing for easy lighting of the burners. The gas control knobs enable precise temperature adjustment from low to high settings. The design incorporates a hood for roasting, which helps to circulate heated air around the food and allows fats to drip away. The barbeques are equipped with cast iron open grills and solid plates, which can be configured to suit different cooking needs. A fat tray with a disposable aluminum foil tray is integrated to collect excess fat and liquids, simplifying cleanup. The stand, which is included with the barbeque, provides a stable and level platform for the appliance, and includes a dedicated hook for a gas cylinder.

- Adjustable Servery: The left-hand servery can be folded down for easier storage.
- Gas Cylinder Placement: When using the stand, the gas cylinder should be placed on the dedicated mounting hook at the right-hand side for stability. When not using the stand, the cylinder should be placed at a lower level to the barbeque in a protected spot.
- Safety Features: The gas control knobs lock in both Off and High positions. Leak testing procedure is provided to ensure gas connections are secure.
Maintenance Features:
- Regular Cleaning:
- External: Painted and plastic surfaces can be cleaned with a mild household detergent and a clean cloth after the appliance has cooled. Avoid paint thinners or harsh solvents.
- Internal: The inside of the hood can be cleaned with water, mild detergent, and a sponge or mild scouring pad. Non-stick coated surfaces should be cleaned carefully to avoid scratching. Baking soda can be used for hard-to-clean areas.
- Fat Tray: Must be cleaned and the disposable aluminum foil tray replaced after or before each use to prevent fat fires. Do not use sand, kitty litter, or fat absorbents in the fat tray.
- Burners: Brush the outside of the burners with a stiff brush to remove rust and dirt, ensuring all ports are open.
- Gas Supply Inspection: Inspect the gas supply hose for deterioration and replace if necessary. Test the gas circuit for leaks regularly.
- Hood Paint Finish Restoration: If the hood paint finish changes due to heat, it can be restored by applying a small amount of multi-surface polish with a microfibre cloth after the BBQ has cooled.
- Stand Maintenance: Check all fasteners for tightness and re-tighten as needed. Wipe the stand with a clean cloth and add oil or grease to moving parts.
- Storage: When not in use, the cylinder valve must be turned OFF. The barbeque, stand, and cylinder should be stored outdoors in a well-ventilated area. The appliance (but not the cylinder) can be stored indoors. It is recommended to cover the primary air-port of the burners to prevent insect penetration and use an Everdure barbeque cover for protection.
- Professional Servicing: Any servicing on the gas manifold must only be performed by authorized technicians.
- Warranty: Damage resulting from fat fires or the use of metallic/sharp objects on enamel-coated plates/grills is not covered by the warranty.
