• Do not immerse with wet hands

Never switch on the appliance when:
• The appliance or the power lead is damaged.
• The device has been dropped, shows visible damage or is
not functioning properly
• The appliance is damaged to such an extent that electri

cal parts are exposed
Whenever this is the case, disconnect immediately from
the power supply and contact the place of purchase.
Please note that the manufactures 12-month warranty
covers parts failure only and does not cover accidental
damage or excessive wear or tear.
The product must be unplugged from the
power supply when:
• A defect occurs during operation
• You wish to clean the appliance
• The application power switch is in off position
• The appliance is not being used
! Attention
• Risk of burns! Do not let bare skin come into contact with
the heating plates during or aer use until such time that
the plates have cooled down
• When in use, the power cable should not be allowed to
come into contact with the heating plates
• Do not wind the power cable around the appliance, this
can break the cable!
• When in operation only place the appliance down on firm
heat resistant surfaces
• Make sure the appliance has completely cooled down
before storing away
• This appliance is designed for use indoors only. Do not
use outdoors e.g. in a garden or terrace etc.
• This appliance has been designed for use as a hairstyling
iron only and must only be used with product specifically
designed for use with a heated styler
Note
This appliance has been designed for commercial use,
however it can be used in either commercial or domestic
environments. Care should be taken to ensure the user has
read and understand the safety instructions.
2. 2. Preparing the appliance for use - quickguide
1. Connect the styler, to power sockets. Use only with
correct voltage
2. Tap anywhere on the “glass” plate. Press for 1 second to
turn the display light on
3. Press the on / off symbol and the styler is switched on
4. Adjust the temperature. Use the + / - buttons to make
the adjustment
5. When placing your palm on the “glass” plate, a lock sym
-
bol will appearson the LCD display. “Buttons” become
inactive
6. Re-enable “buttons”. Slide a finger from the LCD screen,
towards the back of the styler
7. Adjust the temperature or the end of the styler
If there is a defect, do not attempt to repair Styler by
