Equipment” and is used Eu-wide as a common designation
for such waste. (Electronic scrap)
5. Warranty
All HH Simonsen® products are covered by a 12 months
warranty. Please retain your original purchase receipt or
invoice as a proof of date of purchase. The defective iron
must be returned to the original place of purchase in its
original packing and along with this warranty as well as
the proof of purchase. The guarantee is only valid if the
appliance has been operated in strict accordance to the
safety instructions.
Warranty Exclusions
• Damages caused by normal wear and tear including chips,
scratches, abrasions, discolorations or fading and damage
to the power cord
• Damages caused by careless or improper transportation
• Damages caused by misuse of improper voltage and
current
• Damages caused by negligence, careless, disassembly or
dropping
• Damages caused by reparation or alteration which is not
from the original manufacturer or its authorized agents
• Any other damage which by ‘s judgment are not defective
by materials or workmanship
• Damages on plates
Please note: If the plates of the straightening iron has
not been cleaned in accordance to our instructions the
products is not covered by warranty.

Dual Voltage, means you can use the power supply regard
-
less if it is 110V or 230V.
HH Simonsen® can not be held responsible for damaged
hair / hair extensions.
