C.MAKING HOT WATER
1. Put a container under hot water outlet;
2.When "+
indicator lights always keepon, open steam knob, rotate it to the maximum

position,hot waterwill becomeoutfrom hot waterpipeimmediatey (Maximumwork2 m•nute);nthe
processof makinghotwater,thesingle-cupcoffeeand Double-cupcoffee'slightarebreathing;
3.When the hot water reachesthe required amount, turn the ' steam knob" clockwise to the off position, and
thehot waterstopsf owingout.
Note:Whenusing, becareful of the hot partsof the machine.Especiallythe water outlet (portafilter
holder), hotwater nozzleand steampipe. Whenoperating, pleasedo not put your handson the
above parts for any reason.
D.PRODUCTION OF MILK FOAM
1.Takeaspecialsteelcup,pour•ntoabout80Ccoldfull fat puremi k1/3 cup; (Can'tbehot);
Note:Whenselectinga cupsize,it isrecommendedthat the diameter of the cup be no lessthan
70±5mm. Asthe volume of milk will increaseafterfoaming, make surethat the cup hasenough
height.
2.Press"dUS' ,itstartspreheating,Singlecup,Doublecupcoffeeandmanualcoffeebuttonindicatorgoout,
steamindicatorisflashing,thenwaituntil thesteamindicatorlightson, nowpreheatingfin-shed.
3.Put an empty cup under the steam pipe, turn the "steam knob" counterclockwise to the maximum position,
releasea little water inthe steam pipe, and turn the "steam knob" clockwise to turn off the steam after the
steam comes out.
4. Put a stainless-steelcup under steam nozzle. Letthe steam pipe nozzlesoak below the surface ofthe milk;
5.Open steam knob, rotate it to the maximum position to froth milk;
6.When desired milk foam reaches,turn off the knob then the steam stops.
Note:After the steamstopsspraying,pleaseclean the steampipe assemblyimmediately and
dischargethe milk in the pipe to preventthe milk froth from scalingonthe pipesurface.Duringthe
operation, the surfacetemperature of the steampipe ishigh. Makesurenot to bescalded.
• Set the steam temperature
1.Press andhod "UUS'for2secondstosetsinglecupcoffeevolumefrom125-1500C;
2.Eachpress" V" to decreasethetemperature50C;
3.EachpressA_p"to increasethetemperature50C;
4. The set temperature isshown in the display;
5.Savethe settingsandexitafter5 secondsof inactivity.
• Lower the temperature
1. Put a container under hot water outlet;
2.Press"@"or'\GD,displayshows"hot',
3.Open steam knob, rotate it to the maximum position;
4. When the boiler temperature drops to the set coffee extraction temperature, the water pump will stop
automatically;
5. Turn the steam knob clockwise to close the steam tube channel;
6.When"'D " isalwayson,coffeecanberemade.
