5.Custom extraction temperature
The machine has PID control function, which can monitor the heating block to heat hot water to extract
coffee at a temperature of about 920C.
You can adjust the extraction temperature of coffee. The adjustable temperature range is between
90-960C,and each gear is increased by 2 oc, which can meet different taste requirements.
—When the temperature is high, the bitterness will increase and the acidity will decrease.
—When the temperature is low, the bitterness will decrease and the acidity will increase.
Enter the extraction temperature customization mode
Long press the program key button for about 4 seconds, the machine will sound a beep, and the
program setting indicator starts to flash.
Temperature definition:
The button of single cup grinding beans corresponds to 900C;
The button of double cup grinding beans corresponds to 920C;
The button of single cup coffee corresponds to 940C;
The button of double cup coffee corresponds to 960C.
First of all, the temperature corresponding to the original setting is steady on. You can change the
extraction temperature by pressing other keys, and the corresponding indicator is steady on. Finally,
press the program setting button to confirm the setting and return to the standby state.
Note: the program setting indicator will always be on, indicating that it is in customization mode.
Important: 1. After entering the customization mode, if no button is pressed within 1 minute, the
machine will exit the mode and return to the standby state;
2. Press any button during the process to exit the setting.
6. Restore factory settings
In case of disordered settings, the user can press and hold the power button + program setting key button at
the same time. The appliance will beep and all indicators will flash for 3 times. At this time, the system will
return to the factory setting.
Cleaning and maintenance
Warning: please unplug before cleaning and let the coffee machine cool sufficiently to prevent
scalding. Do not immerse the coffee machine or power cord plug in water or other liquids to
avoid danger.
1. After each use, put all removable parts into water for cleaning. If necessary, add
cleaning solution and rinse with clean water.
2.0ften use moisture-proof sponge to scrub the outer surface of the coffee machine to
remove dirt.
Note: do not use alcohol or detergent, and do not immerse the machine in water for cleaning.
3. Turn clockwise to remove the metal funnel and remove the coffee grounds inside.
Then you can clean the funnel and metal filter accessories with detergent, but finally
you must rinse them with clean water.
4. After cleaning all removable parts, wipe all parts to dry.
Note: the detachable water tank cannot be put into the dishwasher for cleaning.
