Precautions
Please read this manual rst to ensure safe and correct use.
● The data of this product is for health management reference only.

● The waterproof rating of the watch is IP68 Waterproof.
You can use it normally in life situations such as hand washing, raining, etc. Please do not put the
watch in hot water, do not peorm operations such as underwater pressing or deep diving, and
do not expose the watch to corrosion liquid to prevent damage to the watch.
DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING INFORMATION
Electrical and electronic devices may not be disposed of with domestic waste. Consumers are obliged by
law to return the electrical and electronic device at the end of their seice lives to the public collecting
points set up for this purpose or point of sale. Details to this are dened by the national law of the
respective count. By recycling, reusing the materials or other forms of utilizing old devices, you are
making an impoant contribution to protecting our environment.
•The device includes an in-built rechargeable batte. The batte life may degrade near the end-of-life
of the batte. Do not attempt to change the batte yourself in any event as you may end up damaging
the device and/or the batteries posing a safety hazard on subsequent usage.
•Please do not tamper with the batte terminals as it may result in batte leakage, overheating,
explosion or a re hazard.
•Please do not pierce or disassemble the device as it may damage the batte causing the batte liquid
to leak causing irritation to your skin if exposed to the liquid. Damaged batte may also be prone to
overheating or causing a re hazard.
•Do not place the device near re or expose it to excessive heating as it may cause the batte to
explode posing a safety hazard.
