Troubleshooting tips
Any repairs to the machine must be carried out by an authorised maintenance service. If
your machine needs a repair and you are unable to resolve the issue using the information
provided below, then you should:
• Unplug the machine from the mains.
• Turn off the water supply.

The machine does not start.
The machine is not plugged
in.
Plug the machine in.
The fuses are defective. Replace the fuses.
No mains power supply.
Check the mains power
supply.
The Start/Pause button has
not been pressed.
Press the Start/Pause
button.
Programme selector in the
"Stop" position.
Turn the programme
selector to the desired
cycle.
The machine door is not
closed properly.
Close the machine door.
The machine does not draw
water.
The tap is off. Open the tap.
The water inlet hose may be
kinked.
Check the water inlet hose
and straighten it.
The water inlet hose is
clogged.
Clean the water inlet hose
filters. (*)
The water inlet valve filter is
clogged.
Clean the water inlet valve
filters. (*)
The machine door is not
closed properly.
Close the machine door.
There is no water supply to
the machine.
The drain hose is clogged or
kinked.
Check the drain hose, and
clean or straighten it.
The drain pump filter is
clogged.
Clean the drain pump filter.

The laundry is too tightly
packed in the drum.
Distribute the laundry
evenly inside the machine.
