Error codes
The washing machine is equipped with a self-diagnostic system that provides the fault code
using the wash cycle indicator lights. The most common fault codes are listed in the table
below.
Fault code Possible fault Action to be taken
E01
The machine door is not closed
properly.
Close the door properly until
you hear a click. If the machine
continues to indicate an error, turn
the machine off and unplug it. Then
immediately contact the nearest
authorised technician.
E02
The water pressure or level
inside the machine may be low.
Make sure the tap is fully open. The
water supply network may be cut off.
If the problem persists, the machine
will automatically stop after a while.
Unplug the machine, turn off the tap
and contact the nearest authorised
technician.
E03
The pump or the pump's
electrical connection is faulty or
the drain pump filter is clogged.
Clean the drain pump filter. If the
problem persists, contact the
nearest authorised technician. (*)
E04
There is too much water in the
machine.
The machine will automatically
drain off the water. Once the water
has drained, turn off the machine
and unplug it. Turn off the tap and
contact the nearest authorised
technician.
