Initial Setup: The battery comes pre-installed and charged but requires connection to the pump. This involves removing two bolts from the chassis door to access the battery and pump. Wires with spade terminals (black to black, red to red) connect the battery to the pump. The spray gun attaches to the operator hose via a quick-release mechanism. Filling the Water Tank: The 17-gallon fresh water tank is accessed by turning and removing a black cap counter-clockwise. It should be filled with cold tap water.
Connecting Chemical Bottles: Chemical bottles are prepared by removing their shipping caps and sliding them into molded openings with the spout facing outward. The chemical feed line, with its threaded cap, then attaches to the bottle.
Initial Priming: Before first use, the unit requires priming. The chemical selector should be set to the desired product, and the power switch turned "on."
