Check the wiring, as the output three phases may have a phase-to-phase short circuit or grounded short circuit and rewiring may be required. Blocked air duct or damaged fan can cause this, so clear the air duct or replace the fan. If the ambient temperature is too high, reduce it. Loose wire connection or plug-in of control board can be the cause, so check and reconnect the wire. Also, check wiring for an abnormal current waveform caused by output phase loss. Finally, if the auxiliary power supply is damaged, or there is undervoltage of drive, seek for service.
