Why are ice cubes sticking together in my Himimi Ice Maker?
    • V
      Virginia MartinezAug 22, 2025
Ice cubes may stick together due to a couple of reasons: either the ice-making cycle is too long, or the water temperature in the inner tank is too low. To fix this, you can stop the ice maker, wait for the ice blocks to melt, and then restart it, selecting the small ice cube size. Also, replace the water, ensuring its temperature is between 40°F and 90°F.

What to do if my Himimi Ice Maker cycle is normal but no ice is formed?
    • G
      Garrett CampbellAug 29, 2025
If the ice making cycle appears normal but no ice is forming, it could be due to a few reasons. The room temperature or the water temperature in the inner tank might be too high. The room temperature should be between 50°F and 105°F, and the water temperature should be between 40°F and 90°F. It is also possible that the refrigerant in the cooling system is leaking or that a pipe in the cooling system is blocked, in which case you should have it verified by a qualified technician.
