If you are not receiving channels above 13 on your Hitachi TV, make sure the appropriate Source (Air or Cable) has been selected. If using an antenna, check the UHF antenna connections.
How to activate Closed Caption on Hitachi C40L3?
If Closed Caption is not activated on your Hitachi TV, try another channel as the TV station may be experiencing problems or the tuned program is not closed captioned.
