œ At installation the alarm is set "ON".
œ Unplugging and inserting the power plug or a blackout will reset the alarm to "ON".
œ If you turn the alarm ON/OFF during the "Quick Freezing (Quick Ice Making)" operation, "Quick Freezing (Quick Ice
Making)" will be cancelled.
œ Alarm of electric drawer compartment (short beeps) cannot be stopped. ( Pg. 33)
œ!Replace the water filter when it wears out. (Standard replacement period is 3-4 years.)

To Disengage the Open Door Alarm To Re-engage the alarm
Press "Quick Freezing" for
approximately 3 seconds
until hear door alarm sound.
Press "Quick Freezing" for
approximately 3 seconds until
hear door alarm sound.
Press "Quick Freezing"
and turn off the light.
Press "Quick Freezing"
and turn off the light.
If the door is left open for more than 1 minute, the door alarm sounds as shown in the table below and the eco alarm
flashes to inform the user with the sound and light that the door is open.
