Is AC230V being output at terminals A and B on the terminal board?
Apply AC230V.
Check the interior wiring.
Are TAB 1, TAB 2, TAB 3, TAB 4, TAB 5, TAB 6, TAB 11, TAB 12, reactor, and C023 (yellow green) connected properly?
Connect properly.
