Why are my Hitachi StarBoard FX-79E1 operations unstable?
    • B
      Brandon WoodsAug 1, 2025
If your Hitachi Interactive whiteboard operations are unstable, first, check for any obstructions blocking light from reaching the board surface or LED cover and remove them. Next, wipe any dirt from the LED cover. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable, and if that doesn't work, restart your PC. If you are using a USB cable extension, remove it and plug the USB cable directly into the PC, or use a self-powered USB hub. Finally, ensure that the Interactive whiteboard and any high-speed USB devices are connected to separate USB host controllers, using a USB hub if your PC has only one.
