Why doesn't my Hiyasu Air Conditioner operate immediately after restarting?

If your Hiyasu Air Conditioner doesn't operate immediately after being stopped and restarted, this is normal. To prevent fuse blowouts, the compressor is designed to not operate for about 3 minutes. Similarly, if the electrical breaker has been turned off and then on again, a protection circuit will operate for about 3 minutes, preventing the unit from starting during that time.
