Cheek Pad Removal
Cheek Pad Installation
1. To install the shield, align the pivot posts while holding the shield in the open position.
2. Push each pivot hole onto the posts to snap in snap in place and rotate the shield forward into the fully closed position.

1. Install the front section first by aligning the plastic shel er

Sunlight Film Operation
3. Place the shield side cover onto the shield and rotate it for locking.
4. Make sure of the secure locking between shield and cover.

1. Bring down the sunlight film.
2. Hold the helmet tight and pull the sunlight film away from the helmet.
3. Once a “click” is audible, the sunlight film is released from the helmet.
There are 2 snaps holding the cheek pad in place.
1. Gently remove the snap system from the chin strap cover.
2. Pull the cheekpad inward and free it from the assembly position inside.
1. Insert the plastic piece on cheekpad into the gap between shell and EPS liner.
2. Once fully inserted, button up all snap system after checking its correct position.
3. Make sure of secure placement and snap locking for use.
RemovalSunlight Film
Installation
1. Lift the outer visor up.
2. Slide the sunlight film into the holder on both sides.
*Slide the sunlight film into the holder until a “click” is audible.
*The incorrect installation of the sunlight film may adversely
affect its performance.
