  If your Hkoenig Air Conditioner isn't starting, first, make sure it's properly connected to a working power socket and turned on. If the 'Water-full' icon is lit, drain the water stored in the unit. The air conditioner is recommended for use between 8-35 degrees. Also, verify that the room temperature isn't lower than the set temperature in cooling mode or higher in heating mode; if it is, adjust the set temperature accordingly.
