Methord:
1. Mash the banana.
2. Stir the light cream unitl sticky status.
3. Mixing the mashed banana,pure milk,light cream and white sugar.Then storing them inside cooler
and cool down to 5-10℃.
4. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
Mango ice cream
Ingredients:
Mango 2pcs(about 200g)
Pure milk 260 ml
Whipping cream 180 ml
White sugar 80 g

Methord:
1. Warmed up the pure milk to 60℃.
2. Stir the egg yolk and white sugar until the sugar melted.Then mixing with warmed milk and warm
up to boiling.And cool down to 5℃.
3. Stir the light cream unitl sticky status.
4. Mixing the all the ingredients.Then storing them inside cooler and cool down to 5-10℃.
5. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
Strawberry ice cream
Ingredients:
Fresh strawberries 250 g
Pure milk 250 ml
Whipping cream 160 ml
White sugar 60 g
