  There are several reasons why your Hkoenig Steam Cleaner might not be producing enough steam. First, ensure the steamer has preheated for at least 35 seconds, until the power button light is a steady blue. Also, check that the water tank is filled to the MAX level. Finally, prime the water pump after preheating by holding the steam trigger until steam forms to ensure enough water is in the boiler.
