[3-(cyclohexylamino)-1-propanesulfonic acid]
Dissolve in 600 ml distilled water, adjust to pH 11.0
with conc. NaOH.
Adjust volume to 1.0 liter.

• Transfer efficiency varies depending on the
gel concentration, which can be optimized.
