Metallic conduit hubs require a grounding bushing for attaching a grounding wire.
Non-metallic conduit and hubs require a grounding wire; grounding bushings are not needed.
System grounding is achieved via connection wires from conduit entries to a subpanel or continuity point.
Conduit hubs must be connected to the conduit prior to connecting to the enclosure.
