1. Introduzione
Il misuratore di altezze digitale è uno strumento progettato per eseguire la
tracciatura e la marcatura di pezzi nonché per misurare altezze e distanze.
Prima della messa in funzione, si consiglia di leggere attentamente il
manuale di istruzioni.

2. Note importanti prima della messa in funzione
Il misuratore di altezze non richiede una grossa manutenzione.
Tuttavia, al fine di garantire una precisione di misurazione uniforme
e il mantenimento della funzionalità, è opportuno rispettare alcuni
accorgimenti:

Proteggere il misuratore di altezze da polvere, acqua e olio.

Tenere il metro sempre pulito e asciutto, pulendolo di tanto in
tanto con un panno.

Pulire il corpo dalla sporcizia usando un panno asciutto e morbido.
In caso di sporco molto intenso, pulirlo con un panno leggermente
inumidito con un solvente neutro. Evitare di usare solventi organici
volatili come i diluenti, poiché potrebbero danneggiare il corpo dello
strumento.

Chiudere l’interfaccia con l’apposita copertura quando non viene
utilizzata.

L’apertura dell’apparecchio senza autorizzazione ne invalida la garanzia.

2. Wichtige Hinweise vor Inbetriebnahme
Das Höhen-Messgerät verlangt keine umfangreiche Pflege.
Um gleichbleibende Messgenauigkeit und Funktionstüch-
tigkeit zu gewährleisten, sollte aber auf folgendes geachtet
werden:
• Höhen-MessgerätvorStaub,WasseroderÖlschützen.
• Maßstabstetssauberundtrockenhalten.Dazu
diesen von Zeit zu Zeit mit einem trockenen Tuch
reinigen.
• EinverschmutztesGehäusemiteinemtrockenen,
weichen Tuch reinigen. Bei starker Verschmutzung mit
einem in neutralem Lösungsmittel leicht angefeuchteten
Tuch abwischen. Flüchtige organische Lösungsmittel
wie Verdünner sind zu vermeiden, da diese Flüssigkei-
ten das Gehäuse beschädigen können.
• BeiNichtbenutzungSchnittstellemitderentsprechen-
den Abdeckung verschließen.
• BeimÖffnendesGeräteserlischtderGewährleistungs-

2. Important hints prior to using the digital
height gage
The digital height gage requires no extensive care. In
order to ensure constant accuracy and operational
reliabili-ty the following should be observed:
•
Protectthedigitalheightgagefromdust,wateroroil.
• Keepthebeamfreefromdustanddirtbyperiodically
cleaning it with a dry, clean cloth.
• Clean a dirty housing with a dry, soft cloth. Remove
heavy soiling with a cloth wetted with a neutral reacting
solvent. Volatile organic solvents like thinners are not to
be used, as these liquids can damage the housing.
• Protectthedataoutputopeningwiththerespective
cover when not in use.
• Unauthorizedopeningoftheinstrumentforfeitsthe
warrenty.

– Mess- und Anreissspitze per Hand auf Werkstück
positionieren
– Messwert auf Anzeige ablesen.
Messen mit Fühlhebelmessgeräten
Anbringen des Halters mit einem Fühlhebel-
messgerät an Stelle der Mess- und Anreisspitze
Nullsetzen

– Position the measuring and scribing point moving per
hand to set the reference(e.g. on a base plate) and
set the display to „0,00“ bypressing SET button
– Roughly position the slide 2 moving per hand (desired
value +/-1 mm)
– Lock into place the locking screw 5 oftheneadjust-
ment device

Finely position the slide 2 using the fineadjustment
screw 13 to the desired value
– Clamp the slide 2 using the the locking screw 6
intoposition.
Marking the workpiece can now be accomplished.
Measuring workpieces
–
Loosen the locking screw 5ofthefineadjustment
device and the locking screwof the slide 6
– Position the measuring and scribing point moving per
hand to set the reference(e.g. on a base plate) and
set the display to „0,00“
– Use the hand to position the measuring and
scribing point on the workpiece
– Read off the measured value of the display.
Measuring with a test indicator
Fasten a holder with a Test Indicator in place of
the measuring and scribing point
Zero setting
– Position the slide2moving per hand to set the
referencee.g. on a base plate (desired value +/- 1 mm)
– Lock into place the locking screw 5 oftheneadjust-

– Set the display of the Height Gage by moving per hand

order to ensure constant accuracy and operational
reliabili-ty the following should be observed:

Protectthedigitalheightgagefromdust,wateroroil.
• Keepthebeamfreefromdustanddirtbyperiodically
cleaning it with a dry, clean cloth.
• Clean a dirty housing with a dry, soft cloth. Remove
heavy soiling with a cloth wetted with a neutral reacting
solvent. Volatile organic solvents like thinners are not to
be used, as these liquids can damage the housing.
• Protectthedataoutputopeningwiththerespective
cover when not in use.
• Unauthorizedopeningoftheinstrumentforfeitsthe
warrenty.

– Roughly position the slide 2 moving per hand (desired

– Clamp the slide 2 using the the locking screw 6
intoposition.
Marking the workpiece can now be accomplished.
Measuring workpieces

– Position the measuring and scribing point moving per
hand to set the reference(e.g. on a base plate) and
set the display to „0,00“
– Use the hand to position the measuring and
scribing point on the workpiece
– Read off the measured value of the display.

the measuring and scribing point

– Position the slide2moving per hand to set the
